ABOUT E2M

The E2M journey began after founder and CEO, Scott Baker turned his back on a budding career as an international soccer player, to focus on a long-standing passion for all things ecology.

Upon completion of a degree in Environmental Science, an innate ability to resolve complex problems quickly led Scott into the consulting space.

By contributing positively to projects and growing his skills and experience to focus on quality without compromise, the opportunity to create balanced environmental outcomes for clients became an unwavering focus, which continues to stand firm at E2M today.

The LNG boom in Queensland brought with it a peak in workload, and a need for high quality ecological consultancy services. Scott identified the opportunity to bring excellence in ecology with a focus on technology to the fore and formed E2M in 2014.

The trajectory that followed has seen a team of two in the back of a café in West End growing to the largest provider of ecology services in Queensland, with over 30 ecologists. Our ecologists are complimented by our in-house team of geospatial experts and environmental approvals and compliance specialists.  

The young and dynamic culture of the business continues to attract best in class clients, partners and people to join our team for the long-term.
