Our Story
e2m was founded on a simple but powerful idea: that environmental consulting could be done differently - with people at the centre, powered by technology, and grounded in quality.
Scott Baker started e2m in 2015 to bridge the gap between technical rigour and real human connection. Later that year, Hannah joined with a rare mix of ecological insight and operational expertise. By 2017, Brad and Cam came on board, rounding out a leadership team that blends deep science, technological innovation, customised systems and a genuine commitment to people.
Though they each have distinct styles – Hannah’s clarity, structure and social intelligence, Brad’s passion and field experience, Cam’s strategic calm and technical mindset, and Scott’s vision and values – the team works as a true partnership creating the balance that drives our success. They challenge, support, and balance one another whilst keeping the culture light and adding humour. It’s a dynamic leadership team that fosters smart, considered decisions, a commitment to excellence and genuine care for the people and clients e2m supports.
