Shelley has over 20 years of experience in project management within local and state government agencies. For the past 16 years she has worked in natural asset management, specializing in environmental offset projects regulated under Commonwealth, State and Local Government legislation. Having worked on every aspect of an offset, from business case development through to construction and operation, Shelley has gained a comprehensive understanding of developing strategies for offset delivery, maintenance and monitoring to ensure legal obligations are met without disruptions. Shelley possesses leadership, strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and extensive experience in negotiation and collaboration.
