Kirk brings 15 years of experience in environmental impact assessments and approvals, with a strong focus on Queensland’s resources and infrastructure industries.

As an experienced project manager, he delivers impact assessments, baseline studies, and environmental approvals under both Queensland and Commonwealth legislation. Kirk has particular expertise in Environmental Authority and Environmental Impact Statement pathways in Queensland, as well as approvals under the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.

He has led environmental approvals, approvals planning, and environmental management solutions across a range of major projects. His expertise also extends to concept and feasibility studies, compliance, and land access negotiation strategy, ensuring projects navigate complex regulatory landscapes with confidence.
