Laura has 3 years of experience working as a terrestrial ecologist, working throughout Queensland and parts of New South Wales. She has gained experience working in consulting within the mining industry, Transport, Utilities and renewables. Laura has undertaken baseline and targeted fauna and flora surveys, BioCondition surveys, Regional Ecosystem verification, Rehabilitation monitoring, Receiving Environmental Monitoring Programs and Fauna Spotter Catching. Laura has skills in ecological data management, environmental legislation and preparing several various ecological reports, including Environmental Impact Assessments, Species Management Plans and Ecological Assessment Reports.
Laura has a passion for sustainability and the environment and aims to better threatened species conservation and biodiversity through her work. Her goal is to continue to develop professional ecological consulting skills to provide better environmental advice to clients and continue improving conservation strategies.
